No roomservice , and no working internet!

It was ok but it was roach infested not gonna be back here anymore they dont even give more towels or tissue they make you buy your own

For the price it was doable and mediocre. The room smelt of smoke, cigarettes and bud. There was a “double checked for cleanliness” sign but inside almost every surface was sticky, the floors were sticky too! There was a huge 1-1.5 inch crack on the bottom of door! Wind was blowing right through and into our room. I found 3 dead roaches, 2 little and a big one 😭. I have pictures of it but it won’t let me post for some reason. Roaches being in a hotel are definitely a RED FLAG and that’s disgusting. Definitely won’t be staying there again and I would not recommend anyone I care about staying here.

Then I go to the Pasadena, location because I refused room service these office ladies said they had to do a safety check! I feel like they are picking ova here I don’t see any Renato come in this room for nothing
