InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Hobby Airport

Roaches, no room supplies/necessities (toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.) are replaced, regardless of rental period, front desk worker Mimi was rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service abilities! Proems reported were not repaired, and there were almost daily issues.

Not clean enough. Housekeeping only comes once a week. No southern hospitality...

The property needs maintenance. I spent my first 3 days cleaning the room which smelled like mold. There was also little roaches in the room which i had to constantly spray to get rid of them. The doors need to be repalaced because everyone seems to have a hard time getting them closed properly. That could be because of the storm. Nonetheless the place needs proper maintenance.

Never got to stay here there was no electricity, I was told during reservations when I asked about the electricity, whether it was on or off because of Beryl storm

They cancelled our booking saying they don’t have a room available. We had to go to a different hotel

Great Price, Friendly Staff, Cleanliness of rooms isn't that great. But a good deal for your money.

This hotel needs to update their website. It’s false advertising! Room doesn’t look like pictures. Room was ugly. Broken lampshades. Smelled like cigarettes. Rude staff! Never will we stay here ever!
