Intown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Garland

The staff was friendly and courteous however the bathroom was a little dusty and the kitchen area. I had to buy some cleanser from Walmart and clean the bathroom myself. I don't know if it was dusty from no one being in that room for a while. I also cleaned the bathroom before I checked out. I had to but my own towels because they don't supply towels but once. I also wash theirs separate when I did my own laundry to reuse the last day.

It was okay. My first room was good. My second week different room okay. Loud people outside all the time.

It was a decent stay

I have stayed in several intown suite always been a great experience but the Garland suite maie front desk employe very rude my room had not been cleaned when I went to pay for another week rude and told me I waited to late and nothing he could do several encounter with him very negative bad customer service skills and two weeks in my room and it has not been cleaned once. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

The outside of the property was well maintained and was very appealing but upon entering the room I wasnt impressed. Things seemed outdated and dirty inside. The outside dumpster was overflowing with trash and appeared to not have been dumped in weeks. The bed was very uncomfortable because the Mattress was like sleeping on just springs. The one plus thing is that there is a kitchenette for cooking, if you were planning on staying there awhile. If I was asked if I would recommend this property..I would have to say no.

I like how the property is equipped but there are croaches

There were roaches all over the place. I imagine that the cooking facility in the room was the reason.

Dirty floors, carpet in terrible condition. Awful smell coming from the room. Asked for a better room,but was told I could not.
