Intown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Garland

Feel like I am back home. Love having the kitchenette, makes it seem more like an apartment. And Ms. Rebecca is the best, always pleasant and concerned about her guest.

The staff here are great people everything about the room was good the only problem here is the roaches but every thing else is excellent

Front desk employee was rude and turned me down when i brought up i had two service dogs and it says tht any hotel can not deny service animals . first there was a problem with my paper i.d. until she called the previous intown suites i just came from then it was my service dogs ..i would never stay there or recommend anyone to this hotel

They are in a great location and have nice office staff

It was very clean and the front desk was very helpful

Told front office about my tv not working and was told it wasn’t important because they were doing other things and never came. I will not be staying here again. Roaches and spiders are uninvited guest that live in your room. Customer service is terrible.

I loved it the people where nice and the staff was awesome

They had bed bugs and we got put out

Housekeeping never came by on the days they said they would. Security was never around when needed. Free for all this place.
