Front desk very unfriendly

I hated everything... Poor customer service and dangerous neighborhood.

I drove through three states, over 1000 miles. To get to this hotel location and to go inside to The front desk Just for management to tell me that they didn’t have any rooms available. No one called me or emailed me before hand, or along my way down on the trip to let me know that there was no rooms. Very unprofessional left me scrambling to find a secondary location to say. I will never book there again.

They cancelled my stay without informing me and closed their office early. I found out when I showed up to check in after flying to Dallas. After calling the courtesy number and being informed that it was closed and I couldn't check in at 4pm, I was left without a place to stay in a city I had never been to before. I had to scramble to find another place. I will not attempt to stay in any of this company's places again.

I never got to usw ny reservation because of a water leak. I was not allowed to check in.

The room it’s self okay the needs new mattresses

Front desk has a terrible attitude she needs to fix

They didnt have no availability, couldnt get a word in because desk agent kept over talking me.
