"Bad customer service/communication"

Didnt get to stay called them earlier in the morning was told someone would call me back they never did. Drove there was told my reservation was canceled because the people in the room that was supposedly reserved for us ??? They decided to stay!!! How convenient. Bad

"Exceptional"

Pictures on websites shows the good room. They showed me a run down room first to check first. I had to upgrade for $50 more on a better remodeled room which was better. Unit has fridge, microwave, stove. I stayed for a week.

"Well, I am in the suite yet, I think is a good option when do you have to work far from your house."

Laundry facilities were easy to use

Unclean floor. Room didnt match the photos listed. Expencive for what u get. AC smelled bad. Wouldnt stay again.
