The staff didn't clean the rooms and didn't do towels ... The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par...

I was traveling 1300 miles to this location and got stuck in a huge accident while traveling. Tried to call the location for hours to request a late check in. Called their customer service who told me they have no way of contacting the property. At last resort, sent my family to the facility to ask for the request all to find out their phone lines don't work and they couldn't check anyone in but you best believe, they charged me for a nights stay after I had to go find a new hotel. Lousy no good individuals at this location. I even sent messages through the booking.com site to try to contact them. If I went to the extent of sending my family to find out why your phones weren't working, then obviously I was having an issue getting there. Even attempted to ask for a business card so I could report to whom he spoke with, they refused to open the door to provide him one. But they didn't give a hoot. All they wanted was my money. Won't catch me being a fool with these clowns ever again.

I didn't find anything good. The hotel is suspected of fraud.

I have booked the hotel through booking.com, paid the rent in advance with my credit card, and called to confirm my room one day in advance. However, the front desk staff of the hotel said that they would not know the availability of the room until 3 PM the next day. (* I don't understand why they have to show that they have a room on booking.com if they don't have one?) I took my luggage from Hawthorn suites by Wyndham Richardson Dallas to this hotel at 3pm the next day in hot weather, but their front desk staff said that the booking.com confirmation number was not for this hotel. It was for booking.com itself, and they no longer had a room. I felt confused, and then I called booking.com to complain. I got the understanding and apology from the staff of your website. And promised to help me return the loss caused by this hotel's unreasonable trouble and dishonor. Because I had to book another hotel on the same day, I had to book another hotel at a high price. In addition, the attitude of the front desk staff of this hotel is very arrogant. I seriously suspect that this hotel is suspected of fraud.
