Centrally located near downtown Vail. Very clean and well kept hotel - both the rooms and community space. Nice breakfast included. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Beautiful location with a calming atmosphere perfect for families. The breakfast was top notch with ample vegetarian options daily and the staff was helpful with pointing us to the best restaurants and shops around. Would definitely stay again!

Austria Haus is a wonderful hotel. The location is great and within walking distance to so many restaurants and stores. We were so happy with everything about this hotel. However, the courtesy we received from the manager, Paul was above and beyond what someone would expect. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and did not even realize it. As busy as Vail Village stays this could have turned out terrible and ruined our vacation. Paul went right to work to make things right for us. I was truly impressed with him. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and I can truthfully say I have never received treatment as gracious as we received from him. I highly recommend Austria Haus.

Austria Haus is an absolutely wonderful hotel! We got a little lost before arriving, but not only did they kindly give us directions over the phone, manager Paul actually came out to meet us in front of the hotel. He also gave us helpful and thoughtful advice about the local area and nearby restaurants. There were many considerate touches that brought us joy, like the daily-changing breakfast menu and the variety of coffee options, all of which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel’s warm and cozy interior matched its beautiful exterior, and the room was extremely comfortable. The access to the ski slopes was easy, and the location couldn’t be better. Our stay was short this time, but we will definitely be back!

I loved my time here! The property was nicer than I expected. The complimentary breakfast was such a nice touch, with delicious food. There is also coffee available throughout the day. It was so convenient to the slopes as well. I would high recommend!

We experienced the best winter vacation ever in Austria Haus Hotel. Excellent stuff, excellent breakfast, relaxing pool and Jacuzzi, very good room. The ski storage in area next to the gondola it’s very good idea, helps a lot. The hotel location is great . Walking distance to many restaurants and high-quality stores.

My cousin and I stayed here to ski a couple of weeks ago. The location is perfect for skiing and apres-ski fun, right in Vail Village. Such a treat to hand off your skis and poles to the complimentary valet slope-side end of the day. The hotel is charming (pictures on the right of the creek in the photo) and definitely has a strong Austrian Alp vibe with gorgeous rooms and public areas. Great library to sit by the fire and read a book or play one of the available games, and enjoy the delicious breakfast. So relaxing to sit above the creek on the terrace, which has a pool and hot tub. The staff is personal and makes you feel at home — strong call out for Veronica, the desk manager, and Paul, the general manager. I can’t wait to go back.

Didn’t get the room we reserved. No hot water at night. Breakfast was not very appealing.

Breakfast was a great perk. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing jumped out as a unlikeable.
