InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - I-64 Crossways Blvd

The room was okay, at best. The motel offers studios with kitchenettes but don't expect to cook unless you carry pots, pans, plates, ect.

The room has a terrible smell! Ask them if yhey can give another room. No room available! nly give you a pair of towels and a pair of face towel for one week of stay. They clean your room only one time!

We stayed at the corner room near the door it was a brand new room. the only thing was at night people were real loud near desk and going in and out smoking

The tub was peeling and it just looked nasty, the pull out bed had panties stuck in them. It was a lot of people just standing outside, you had to wait for them to get up from the stairs. Just so you could get pass them, in order to get in your room.

Being close to the mall and and other shopping centers

It was great the staff was very respectful and helpful. The best in town suite I have stayed at so far.

Good customer service from front office. Room was clean no smoking room still smell like smoke. Over all i still would again.

The price is great but the cleaniness needs a bit of work.

they took away the iron and ironing board,you no longerger get the large bath towels and hand towels, and I went out for the day when I can back after 3pm the office was closed, so I had no clean towels .We went out to buy new towels so that we will have towels in the morning.You took away a lot of service ,but you have not change the price.
