Do not stay here Is cockroach in festived I payed for 7 nights only stayed 3 nights you dont get your money back both of my neighbors smoke cigarettes my room smelled like mold the air conditions unit leaked the condition in to the room i told the front office the did nothing

This is a great location conveniently center by freeway 59 and The Fountains where there is a movie theater and restaurants. It is a perfect set up room with a full size refrigerator and hot plate stove top with a microwave. I have plenty of place to store my belongings. It also has a table with two chairs.

I did not the power outage for 3 days without notifications on estimate day of power being restored, I know that the power disruption was out of their control it would have been common courtesy to let us know something. Nothing offer for our inconvenience being in the heat of the summer, Just disappointed

Roaches everywhere had to fog the place twice and had to put down Roach powder. The staff was excellent but the room was clean just too many Roaches I left the hotel and stayed for only two nights. I had paid for a week. Money is non-refundable even if you leave early.

It was quiet relaxing

Everything especially the service of Bookin.com. The hotel closed desktop 7:00 PM and after 9 9-hour flight when I arrived at the hotel it was 8:15 and no one could service me for the key to my room I had to go to another hotel for one night. I call hotel service and also booking.com but no one helped me in this situation. I was told that I was going to arrive to the hotel between 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM when I reserved the hotel. No one warned me that the hotel did not have desk service after 7:00 PM. The hotel was very old and the room was not clean. I ever reserve anything with Booking.com

The laundry facility

The elevator was scary, and my room refrigerator was not cooling my food, so 2 gallons of milk spoiled, and they don't change out your towels. You have to wash your towels on your own!

There are some roaches in the room, in the bathroom, in the kitchen! Everywhere! I woke up and found a roach on my back. The spray they use to “get rid of the roaches” just made them come out even more. The roaches leave pooop everywhereeeee. If you’re going to stay here, I recommend not leaving any food, utensils or water bottles out! Put it in a bag & tie it up for protection. However, everything else was okay it’s definitely nice inside minus the roaches. I feel like the water was also drying my skin out a little so just stay moisturized at all times & tie up your foods! The lady at the front desk is extremely nice & cool! Whatever you need talk to her and she’ll help you out.

Omg no matter where you go all these properties are INFESt with ROAChes. This was our second property here in this state and when I looked at the first room. It was very dirty, and so the attendant took me to another room, and it was worse. The first sink was detached from the wall, and I said to Angie attendant well maybe this means that I’ll be able to spray the roach spray back there the roaches that constantly came out of the bathroom behind the sink and the toilet from around the tub repair area. It’s Shell had black, mold or wire on the caulking area. I have pictures of when we moved out and the staff refused to get my deposit back stating that my family messed up their seek when I have a video recording of our walk-through and you can hear me talking about the sink being detached from the wall who’s people don’t care about the gas they play like they do to get you in there but the property still the people are very noisy. The trash stays very full and then the staff comes in to take pictures of your room once a week, they say they’re like an apartment but yet they come into your space weekly they don’t give you towel service. This is just a property I would recommend you not going to unless you had no other choice they will steal your money. They will lie on you and the kindness that they show you is just a ploy. and every time I attempted to speak to someone in management or that’s above the front desk people the front desk people informed me they had no number for their corporate office that they just had an email address to communicate with them win even when you search on the Internet you cannot find any communication for upper management this to me is a trap
