InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Houston TX - Stafford

The service, when I arrived, was good. Although, the lady who checked me in did say that she doesn't usually work at that location. The other lady I dealt with was ok....a little abrupt, though. I had issues with the microwave, towel rack and TP holder. I reported the microwave and TP holder the next morning. The second night, the towel rack fell and I could not put it back in place. This was reported on the second morning. The TP holder and towel rack were fixed on the 5th day. The microwave issue was fixed on the 6th day....which was my last one. The noise level was ok....very thin walls, though. Would I recommend this place? Only if you had no other options or can't afford a better place.

They want to be known for long stay but room has only bed and kitchen table chair. No place to relax at night. Front desk never answers phone. If you want very basic, cheap financially, with very little service then InTown will work for you.

InTown Suites Stafford General Manager refused to provide me the reserved two bed suite with the following explanation: "We only guarantee the rates not the room". Then suggested to me to take a one bedroom or go ask for a refund. I have never seen or heard such an explanation or unprofessional service provided to me by any hotel in Houston, TX or other cities that I have visited. Never ever considering this hotel again...

I would have love for the windows to open up but they don't

Clean & upgraded rooms. Quiet at night. 2 weeks later and my apartment is *still* not ready. Maritsa Vargas has been super nice and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Easy to transfer to a bigger room when I received an additional guest. Maritsa thank you for making my stay a great one!

I never checked In and needed to cancel my reservation and no one helped me to cancel but instead insisted that I would be charged $100 just to cancel even though I’m not staying and never checked in

This place is horrible I was getting bit by something in the bed I had red bite marks all over my skin several times and they really didn’t even care and they just have poor customer service i really like the security guard tho but everyone else is a no

Staff seems friendly and there seems to be always someone working around the property. They seem very concerned about COVID safety too, love that.
