Staff service not good, could not pay with credit card thay want cash only, due card reader was down. Just unsatisfied and unpleasant place to stay.

This place looks nice with all the renovations they have made but beware this place also has bed bugs. I booked a suite for 5 nights for myself and my daughter. After the very first night she woke up and had clusters of bites literally all over her. After talking with staff on site my concerns were brushed off as well maybe she’s allergic to the linens. My 5 night stay was cut to two nights because I couldn’t start there knowing she is being feasted on at night.

The hotel was recently remolded, which was the highlight of my experience there. I thought the room was aesthetically pleasing and well-furnished. Another pro was that there was little to no outside disturbances, despite being next to busy intersections on both sides of the hotel. They have an on-site washer and dryer, at $2 per load - which was surprisingly cheaper than what I have paid at other washeterias. Furthermore, you can pay by credit card or exact change, which is super convenient if you don't have one or the other on hand.. On the flip side, the hotel does not provide more than one set of towels, sheets, and toilet paper. So, if you decide to stay longer than 2 days, bring your own supplies. I do want to mention that I was expecting to pay a specific amount through Expedia, with taxes included, and after my second week at the hotel, I had to pay a little more than what I anticipated, with the hotel clerk stating that certain fees and taxes weren't included in the price I agreed to on Expedia. That was suspicious for me. Other than that, the place is in a nice location and a good choice for extended stays. I would rate this place a 6/10.

For the price i really can't complain. I doubt I'll be able to find a place like that for the price. It's top tier out of the low budget options. Just be sure to bring your own towels because you won't get new ones, or you could just wash the ones you're given initially at the onsite laundromat which conveniently accepts credit/debit cards, which is a very convenient feature. Housekeeping tends to the room only once a week, so dont expect sheet changes daily. Other random gripes included frequent roach sightings, no clock in the room which proves to be very inconvenient, i thought the pillows were a bit small & flimsy, & the one time a week the maid cleans the room you are kicked out while they clean it for Covid reasons. Carolina was a very pleasant & helpful staff member.
