Friendliness of staff. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Reasonably priced. TV with premium channels. Air conditioning. Only downfalls are office hours and not pet friendly. Otherwise, amazing and well worth the stay.

I couldn’t even check in because it was after 7. I had reservations but had to go somewhere else.

I enjoyed my stay. Due to the pandemic i had to clean my own towels but the laundry was clean and had working equipment. Over all great place

Roaches, Roaches, and More Roaches! Had to go to local Walmart and purchase my own roach spray. One huge roach litterally crawled on my pillow next to my head, that was my breaking point. Cabinets are rottened out at the bottoms.And to add more insult? Customer service was just disrespectful, particular the dark haired Hispanic young lady (Which claimed to be the manager) Theres no easy way of contacting anyone to report her. The rest of the staff was polite, would smile, speak, and appeared to tend to their jobs.

This place is disgusting! The best thing about is the lobby! Front desk staff mia and bathrooms and carpet in common areas are filthy!!! Don't waste your money here you're better off paying more at a nicer hotel!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I booked for a week in May and stayed only 1 night because there were bugs in the room. I checked out the next day in the afternoon and asked for refund on the remaining days but was told there could not be any refund because we signed a week contract. The Orkin man was standing in the lobby and went to the room to check for bugs. It was reported back that no bugs could be found. But they were not looking at night when lights were out. I tried to contact someone in corporate office, but no one would respond.

Overall, my stay was interesting and things went well. It is an interesting neighborhood where you should be fully aware of your surroundings and interactions. The service is adequate, however the security should be improved. Make sure you lock your doors.

Do yourself a favour and do NOT stay here. This place is filthy and disgusting with terrible customer service. It looks nothing like the pictures. They only provide one towel per person per week! And housing is only ONCE A WEEK!!
