The room itself was clean and well kept up, I loved the access to the room and the free onsite parking made it easy to check in and checkout. Overall the employees were amazing and helpful with whatever questions I had throughout my stay and the weekly housekeeping was amazing, very thorough and really did an amazing job!

The door will not close or lock. I was not able to sleep and had to leave the room prior to my ending date. The hotel attendant was not accommodating at all.

Would recommend to anyone who need extended stay in a clean quiet comfortable place

Our experience was great, management was excellent from the moment we arrive, they were willing accommodating us due to an issue with lock card. The room was very clean with a kitchenette. They deserve a 5 stars😄 we differently stay again.

The service waa horrible! We booked a week long stay due to Hurricane Ida for 2 rooms. Online showed check in was until 7pm. We arrive at 6:10pm and was told that we needed to check in prior to 6pm, or the system cancels the booking! They said that there was nothing that they can do because they already called someone on the wait list to come check into our booked room. The girl at the front desk was also rude! She said it shows that the front desk closes at 7pm. Showed her the confirmation email AND the listing that reflects check-in from 3pm-7pm and she kept repeating that it was wrong information. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My stay was fairly comfortable. However, I was asked to pay more for the room than qouted when booking. Also, there was an issue with receiving a second room key. I automatically assumed since I was traveling with a guest this accommodation was anticipated. Overall the room was very nice, clean, and newly renovated. The bed was super comfortable, and the thread count of the sheets were 5 star hotels quailty. Funny how I never noticed such a thing until now. This is by far the best InTown Suites. I have visited.

The room was updated, however it was really dirty. There were all types of people hanging out outside all times of the day and night. There was a stripper sleeping in her car and people continuously arguing. The roaches showed no mercy. They were everywhere. Even inside the fridge. Don’t be taken in by the price. This place is not cool.
