The television never worked. The sitting tables to eat were dirty and had dried blood stains on them. The pens were stolen out of my room. I will never do business with in town suites again.

This property was very dirty, had bugs in the room and the staff are very rude and not very helpful. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

"Great stay low cost"

I was perfectly comfortable there. Some people might not like it the service was sparse and the place could use an upgrade but it was quiet,comfortable and perfectly adequate for what I need. Clean and no bugs. The price was great.

It was alright but for some reason I could not pay ahead of time ? I asked the hotel clerk why and she said Hotels.com stopped doing that way . So I did not receive points for my free night stay . I booked a room after at Studio 6 in Plano and was able to pay ahead of time and receive points for free night . The Studio 6 is my fave anyway
