InTown Suites Extended Stay Lewisville TX - East Corporate Drive

I'd never stayed at an Extended Stay hotel before, so I wasn't aware that house cleaning is only once a week. That actually was perfectly fine, luckily I had no reason to go out and purchase my own supplies (toilet paper, towels) as what was supplied did last the one week I stayed. Room was fine; bed, TV, table, kitchen (larger than most hotels). Two restaurants next door, walking distance to two malls.

First time staying in an extended stay...did not realize there would not be any daily room service....woll think twice or be more prepared next time.

When my wife and I got in there were wasp crawling on the ceiling. 3 of them. Found more at the window. We stayed for two nights and no one cleaned the room and my wife called to get towels and was told that someone would bring some but never showed. Ran out of toilet tissue and we left at 8 am but no one was available to check us out and no one answered the phone nor returned my call. Also someone was smoking marijuana in the room next to us and it came through the vents and made our room smell like it was coming from our room. I was not impressed with this place.

Good motel for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It servered it’s purpose. For the price it was fine. Would stay again

April is amazing and the staff was more than accommodating.

Police were called several times to the area. It was very unsafe.

Great place good food and a good pub only minus was that the patio was under construction but will I recommend this place defenatly
