InTown Suites Extended Stay Lewisville TX - East Corporate Drive

Good- Nice location In the budget Bad- They don't provide kitchen utensils even they mention in their website. Lot of disturbance as you can clearly listen what others are watching in TV next to you.

I was disappointed that the hotel didn't want to change out towels or replenish consumables like toilet given I was scheduled to be there 3 weeks. There was a usable kitchenette but no cooking utensils, dishes, or utensils. I can't imagine many business travelers carry pots and pans with them. Finally, they offered free Wi-Fi that was a reasonable speed but it was out several complete days during the stay which impacted my ability to do my job.

After one uncomfortable night I walked across the sreet and checked in at the Best Western. It was a thousand percent better in every way. More expensive, yes, and well worth it. Sun Suites of Lewisville is NOT recommended.

Had a great stay, staff was great.

It was a great stay. Only problem was my room smelled like it had been a smoking room. And to get clean towels you had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk. Otherwise staff was friendly and a great location.

It would have been nice to know that they don't service the rooms but once a week. Our bed wasn't made after the first night and no clean towels were put in the room. We wasn't told of this when we checked in so I didn't know I have to go to the desk for clean towels.

this is a run down hotel we expected much more old, dirty, not well maintained

This hotel was perfect,the price was right because I was traveling for business,the rooms was what I expected especially for the price I paid because it was very clean,it's around a places from toiletries to food that is easy to get to....I WILL return again

The service was great, the hotel room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The pillows felt like sacks of rocks

One we got there, they tried to put us in a room with one bed (we had reserved a room with two). The pics that were online were NOTHING like the actual hotel (including the "lobby"). On day three of us being there, our plumbing started backing up, and their solution was giving us a plunger and telling us to take care of it. If we ran the air conditioner, it was too cold, when it kicked off, the room became too hot. There was NO happy medium. When we took showers, the tub would fill up fast!
