Wasnt much to Like, the room was dirty, had to wash dishes just to use them

Big misconception on breakfast. The ad says free hot continental breakfast, all they had were very small muffins, yougurt and bananas, not even cereal

Second time staying here. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, but the first room she gave me hadn’t been cleaned yet. Second room was decent. This is a good example of you get what you pay for!!! I would say that over all, the facility matches the price.

The property could use some upgrades.

The property was dirty. Carpet and furniture all stained. There was a horrendous smell throughout and our room smelled even worse. We checked for bed bugs around the mattresses and found some. We left right away. So gross. Never again. Thankfully, we did get a refund.

waited 10 minutes before I was helped at the desk. when i got to the room, there was no toilet paper and the towel rack was ripped off the wall.

Great room size for a family

Well that's actually we are paying for the price so I can't asking no more for the room

Disrespectful front desk employees. Was told only what was registered on my confirmation could only swim and that birthday parties weren't allowed. Also the two employees talked amongst themselves after telling me what can't happen....1st off having a family of 6, **family** (not a friends birthday party), there weren't enough guest boxes to fill out. 2nd, if it was that big of deal, it should've been stated on the website. 3rd if it was that concerning to management then there needs to be better security, there were people sneaking in the back by dumpster to get to rooms and sneaking in via pool doors, why was it allowed for several guests to destruct the pool area to make it unsafe in and out of pool. If the employees enforce this "no one swims if not on confirmation," also Why was there a party allowed on the 2nd floor with their door decorated and kids yelling and screaming from there? If there's "no birthday/parties allowed," Why was my family singled out?
