Terrible who own terrible

Traveled from Texas worked late that night I arrived to the hotel at 7:30 PM to get checked in and the hotel was closed apparently you can’t check in after 7 o clock yet I was still charged for the room for two nights still waiting to get my money back and then when I called the number on the front window the lady on the phone told me there’s nothing I can do about it because they won’t be back till 8 o’clock in the morning Stay away from this hotel

The location to downtown New Orleans was fantastic. Also had many retail stores close by.

Only one set of towels were given and on site laundry facilities were not always available.

Good place to stay. Restaurants, shopping centers , coffee shops everything was close by . Would stay here again , staff was also very friendly!

The room looks nothing like the pictures. The description says 2 queen beds. The beds aren’t queen size. Also seen roaches in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
