Not a good place to stay for solo travellers Reception is not 24 hours, which is a serious issue No one is available to check in on Sunday, which is again a serious concern Fan of the washroom was too noisy Not even a water bottle was there in the room? Wi-Fi was too complicated as well In the same price, we can get better options in the area The management needs to work to meet customers expectations No breakfast Not even a coffee at reception This property lacks a lot of facilities which other suits are offering I will not recommend to stay there for the solo

the door had a huge gap at the bottom and all through the night bugs were coming in and when it rained the water came in from under the door

We had a good time

The rooms aren't fully clean moldy and under the beds were still trash

My room had roaches bad!!! The ac was leaking,my door to the room was broken,cracks all up the walls,let not forget the blood stains on the walls.

No breakfast included

Wasn’t any breakfast, staff was very rude and belittling. Very bad experience. I didn’t like anything, I just really needed a place to stay after driving hours to get there.

The staff was rude, property manager was belittling me saying this ain’t the ritz Carlton maybe you should go there. Didn’t answer my questions I had and threatened to deny service if I didn’t pay before asking a question. I had roaches in my bathroom, and it was a sour smell coming from the refrigerator.

i need a refund !! they would not open office after 7pm
