"I was upset with the charge for my stay, it was $250 more than I was told."

I was upset with the charge. I was told it was discounted and I would pay one amount by when you took the payment you took$250 more. I talked to the owner and they didn't at all. I'm very upset with the charge. Please contact me

The cost I was charge was different from what I was told The owner was no help when I asked for their help

They do not answer calls nor text messages. No housekeeping services at all. Mold on the bathroom ceiling and sink. Missing lightbulbs in every room. Front desk sends messages also withoutaresponse. I will never return.

"worst experience ever"

This has been my worst experience by far while making a reservation through Booking.com I had a reservation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica on March 17 and when I got to the apartment, after waiting more than 3 hours in the lobby, I was told my reservation was given to another person and they could not accommodate me in another one. the only option I had was paying by cash another room, considering the fact they had already taken my money that was unacceptable. the owner of the place never showed and we had to talk to the maid who was in charge of giving us the room. I reached out Booking.com and after calls and exchanging messages with Customer service they could not give me an easy solution to this nor provide me a good room as my original reservation had a rating of 7.5 and they were offering a rating of only 5 out of 10. I ended up paying in cash a room at the same area (because Booking.com sent me a last message trying to provide me a place to sleep at around 2:30 am local time and that was too much) and the hotel gave me the worst room possible (please find photos attached: towels already used, lamps with no bulbs, no hot water in the shower, in general, not the best conditions). I am still under communications with Booking and I hope they can provide a better service as I am currently a Genius Level 3 customer. Also I hope they contact me regarding this and provide me a better treatment next time. Paying two rooms in advance is something I do not recommend to anybody. I was expecting Booking.com to relocate me in a better and faster way at no cost as I still do not have my money back for the room I never enjoyed.
