"Thieves and con artists"

Nice big room. Rude, unhelpful management and they are thieves. Firstly they charged my card for 1 of the 3 nights before arrival, despite the booking being on a pay on check in basis. Then they charged my wife’s card the full amount and said they would refund my card. They have repeatedly failed to refund my card despite numerous requests and have been disingenuous all along. They are con artists.

Amazing location free car parking

Tiny room, rude staff building was falling apart very run down and definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here. Very very budget hotel.

"Great staff, terrible noise problem."

Can't fault the hotel staff. Very helpful with a tricky parking situation, made a potentially stressful day evaporate.

Noise. The location is right on the main road, and I kid you not the idiots racing up and down the main drag in their v8s kept us awake until 5am. I know the hotel can do very little about this, but I'd avoid any motel on the main road.

Pomimo, że wysłaliśmy wiadomość, za pośrednictwem booking.com, informując obiekt o naszym spóźnieniu, nasza rezerwacja została anulowana. Oraz obciążono nas kosztami w wysokości 607,00 PLN. Musieliśmy szukać innego hotelu, bo w Francisco By Inn już nie było wolnego pokoju dla czterech osób.
