La situation géographique. Très proche de la marina, du pier 39 etc... Un parking pour la clientèle est vraiment appréciable.

Le bruit de la rue, l'avenue Lombard est très fréquentée. Avec des bouchons d'oreilles nous avons bien dormi.

Toto ubytování je blízko centra a má svoje vlastní parkoviště. V blízkosti jsou 2-3 kavárny, kde je možné posnídat. Postele byly pohodlné.
