Hotel Havana

Very nice ambiance.

Bathroom was very dimly lit. No counter space in bathroom. Tile in shower looked like it had mold. No amenities for the price of the stay.

Parking is terrible and tight. They use their best room for pictures on the site. River walk is diwn the path a 30 min walk, site says 1 min. Restaurant over priced for the quality of food.

I’ve stayed here 20+ times since they have opened. This experience was terrible and I don’t think I’ll ever come back. When we got here we were informed that the restaurant was closed for someone’s private holiday party. They then placed us in room 12, directly next to the holiday party. Until about 11 that night we experienced a roar from the party as they got more and more inebriated, eventually turning into random people yelling to be heard. Doe to the restaurant being closed for a more profitable group instead of the hotel guests, we had to uber ourselves out to dinner. The room is also directly next to the front lobby and attached to the stairway. Around 7 this morning we were woken up by multiple guests and the lobby discussing available tours. The stairs woke us up about every thirty minutes due to the lack of any sound insulation. The $435 I spent on a quiet relaxing stay was wasted, instead we didn’t get much sleep at all. You’d think a hotel group wouldn’t be so greedy to offer rooms that aren’t viable places to rest due to their building design. The front desk offered that they might potentially discount my next stay by 10% for all the trouble. But why come back to a place crawling with young noisy kids, and that can’t offer a quiet retreat for travelers looking to relax? Hotel Havana you have really dropped off.

Bed was big and comfortable. HUGE fridge and complementary sparkling waters were a nice touch. Free bad coffee in the mornings.

Shower tiles, bathroom mirrors, shower curtain we're raggedy or damaged. The desk and chair were janky. The overall feel was I was gonna break something or I would get a splinter from something. Which for a $250+ a night room should not be the case. Very much poor value for money.

Amazing but there was a wedding that was really noisy and took all the parking this small hotel.

Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again.

I like the old house feel.

This is a really neat hotel - the room was super quiet and comfortable. It is not a business hotel - and WiFi did not work anywhere in the hotel .
