Park Gstaad

Staff is kind and incredibly helpful, especially at the concierge desk. The hotel is immaculate.

İ have stayed in many hotels but this hotel’s staff is outstandig. I can rate their service and their attetude as 10/10. From receptionist to Room service, restaurant staff to porter, breakfast staff to the Driver, not one of them ever failed to smile, failed to deliver the best service i have ever has. I cant praise them enough. Plus the breakfast was so good so are the rooms. Very modern and clean. Highly reccomented.

Significantly overpriced both the room and the services. Service was so in your face literally had to ask staff to back off. Would never go again and warn everyone off.

The Park is a great hotel. Rooms are very well thought through. Restaurant / bar also great. Main issue is the spa, which is disappointing compared to other 5* hotels in Gstaad. This spa has a communal swimming pool, but segregated steam rooms and sauna. Hardly worthwhile if you want to go to the spa with your spouse. If you want a top spa Bellevue is superb, and I believe Alpina is also good.

This is the first hotel I rate with just one word: perfect!

Excellent in every area, also within walking distance to town and even bus station, but they have a shuttle to the station. Pool and fitness, spa had everything you needed.

Located up a hill but not far away. It's about 10 minutes from the center of the room. We had outstanding service and they make a point to know our names. The doorman, the kindly Josef was outstanding. The rooms were big and modern. We didn't have the expensive mountain view but the forest view was outstanding and beautiful....like a tree house almost. Yes it isn't the Palace but much cheaper. Expedia included about $120 voucher for dinner but didn't buy one complete dinner even minus the drinks but Expedia only one that gave that offer. We enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel beautifully nestled in the Swiss alps!! The staff - concierge / doormen/ bellman / breakfast staff - all are a special mention - friendly courteous & attentive!! Housekeeping even more of a mention - exceptional attention to detail!! So glad we chose this hotel - will be back to enjoy the hospitality again.
