Perfect escape for the family (2 children aged 1 & 2). The hotel was very helpful organising a professional nanny on days where us parents wanted to ski.

Amazing hotel. The service is just next to none. They do what you don't anticipate at all and the smiles are super big and genuine.

We had an enjoyable stay and were impressed by the hotel staff's willingness to assist when we were allocated a room which did not have the facilities we had booked. We understand this is an expensive hotel and expected to pay top prices however renting skis from the onsite Silver Sport Ski shop should be avoided. A rate of 147euros per person per day! A short 6 min walk to Brand Ski shop and you can rent for a lot less than that for 3 days and the staff were much more knowledgeable.

It's not cheap, but you don't really expect it to be. Having said that, I've stayed in plenty of 5 star luxury hotels , and I have to say that in terms of friendliness of staff, cleanliness of everything, helpfulness all round the hotel could not be faulted at all.

definitely better than the Palace which is the only alternative very crowded bar/casual dining area which could have been more accessible for guests is in a residential neighborhood unlike what the hotel photos show

They boys and I are convinced there's no need to stay anywhere else when we come to Seaside, everything is close by, the view of the river is fabulous, and serene. The hotel staff is genuinely freindly and interactive, so you feel as if they're glad you're staying there, just so they could meet you! Walk to anything, including the beach....what's not to like? If the weather is tempermental, you have the fireplace and indoor pool, with hottub. The kitchen is fully stocked so no need to eat all your meals out (unless that's what you like, then go for it!) Even the grocery store is within a nice walk's distance....Definitely feel lucky to have happened upon this gem! We will be back!
