"Not again"

No Channe guide - no CBS channel, bed was hard, pillows were not full size, dank musty smell in hallways and rooms, multiple stains on rugs, issue with guests being accosted by other guests- No wifi info in rooms, no vending on floors or directions- tried to find ice,

"Great stay!"

The stay was awesome for the amount I paid. FRONT DESK was so HELPFUL to me. I just found some hair on the phone and on the shower wallS and a little hot and stuffy in the hallways... OTHERWISE...I WILL BE STAYING AGAIN.

"Over priced crappy hotel"

Dirty, no gym, jets not working in pool with staff insisting it's clean, dirty and stagnant pool, noisy , FALSE ADVERTISING...will never go back

"awful scam hotel ! dont stay dont fall for it"

Worst stay experience possible so i booked under Akaza hotel pics looked nice well soon after i booked for $100 stay i saw the same property/hotel advertised on hotels.com for cheaper rates under richmond magnusm & richmond grand for 29.99 & 49.99 just crazy i called hotel to make sure it wasnt scam they answe & say hotel management if u ask for their name they hang up! No microwave or fridge hot tub in pool room doesn't get hot! Air doesnt work that good.beds didn't feel clean outdated tvs barely any chanels lets be real for $100 i could of booked a great room at another hotel/suites we only stayed bc we came from out of town for my childs surgery & they wouldn't give our money back had no other choice dont make the mistake i did not worth it u can get a better stay at a motel six or super 8 now thats sad !

This hotel is dirty, noisy, vending machines and elevators out of order. No toilet paper or tissues in room. According to Hotels.com, it had a bar. Yeah, guess what was closed and out of business. Room was too expensive for the conditions. DO NOT STAY HERE!
