Ibis Hotel Alicante

Very rude staff, extremely noisy at all hours

The room was the same good standard that we have been accustomed to and why we continuously book the Ibis Hotel Alicante for our overnight stays after flights from the airport. On this occasion the staff at reception and at the bar and breakfast were not as welcoming as normal, we felt there has been a change in management possibly? The staff did not seem as happy as before. However the room was very clean and we enjoyed the sea view to wake up to. We will definitely be returning.

Staff helpful and friendly, room was dirty and in disrepair

Hi am From kenya .The propery is not from city center like 8min and airport. No kettle in the rooms and no cooked breakfast loads of bread . But over all for easy goers is good a place ,clean , member of stuffs good as well .

Property is not clean carpets a dirty, there are tiles on the hallway by a room they have mildew, they have sanitizer dispensers by the elevators there are empty, the toilet seat was broken loose I had to let him know, air conditioner button broken let him know manage or tell me that I couldn't change the temperature in the room I said that's not correct, that the button was broken the only thing they only give you 2 for showering they don't give you any towels for your hands and face

Property was ok. Staff was ok. Manager is not very nice or helpful. There are no vending machines and I wanted some water and she rudely refused saying it was closed. I then went outside to sit in the patio adjacent to the parking lot. She quickly appeared even ruder stating it was also closed. Also the a/c couldn't keep the room cool.

Poor beds 1 star thought it was 3 star had to pay for Poor breakfast

Dog smell everywhere
