Staff very helpful

Bad experience overall. Reserved 2 rooms (with double and twin bed) first room given was only double. Then a second room was given also only a double. Then a third room given, also a double.., on the 4rh try was correct (one of them at least) then we accepted that the second wouldn’t be what we reserved as they simply didnt have available. Front desk staff tried to help the situation, but a rude manager/supervisor didn’t make the situation better In one of the rooms the TV wasn’t working, so had to change remote control and still didn’t work. It was fixed afterwards. Overall ok if you want just a bed to crash one night… otherwise not recommended!

Tv didnt work..however the manager did attend immediately. On my second day.they served baked mashed potatoes as a suitable teplacement for fries.Its NOT. Apart from the ingredient..a fry is not baked mashed potatoe. The only commonality is the ingredient. The waitress was unresponsive..I had to return to the desk, 3 times...She did point a the " t and cs" on the menu..which any judge would laugh out of court. They never addressed the situation to a mutual satisfaction. I paid.as i didnt want to be kept waiting even longer than the meal had taken to eat..i didnt eat the fake chips. Very dissappointing..

Good property handy for the airport, poor food options.

Great budget hotel less than 10 minutes from the airport. Really friendly staff, basic hot food and pizzas available until late.

A good overnight stay hotel, close to the airport. Clean and comfortable.

Ideally located for me and what I needed. Breakfast was buffet continental with very limited choice, definitely not worth the additional payment. Buses run right outside the property in both directions and very cheap to use. Alicante in one direction and Urbanova (beautiful beach resort) and the airport going the other way. Not really a "bar" just a small break out area to sit with a beer. The beer garden forms part of the car park. Ideal stop off if you don't need anything, including a shop. It's very remote. But close to main arterial routes.

Hotel is fine for a short stay, far from city center but we knew that already. There’s a strong smell of sewage in the room, so strong that it woke me up in the middle of the night. Breakfast was ok and convenient for the $8.50 we paid. Gated hotel with no clear way to go in without having a code but you don’t have a code until you check in so if you get there late not sure if you have to ring a bell or something. If you’re planning going to the the sites, I would recommend maybe pay a little extra and stay closer to city center that way you can save on transportation. Ride from hotel to train station was $17
