Need to do more with Facilities , for all the ongoing traffic, fix you Facilities better and put more into your employees, take care of them more and the place will be better, bad management, poor employees output, start from Owners, Management, better output with Employees, they are good, Management and Owners takes but dont put out effort, the machine in our Facilities are not working, pop machine, the coffee machine or tea machine, other than your bottle of water you offer when it is hot. Do more for you Facilities.

The location is excellent.

I think there is potential in areas like cleanliness and also, noise from traffic and also from people next to the rooms comes through, EASILY! The bathrooms need deep cleaning, specially the ceilings!

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude to both me and my guests throughout our stay. Despite remaining respectful, we found ourselves involved in multiple unnecessary arguments with staff members. We were checked in and given room keys, but when we arrived at our room approximately 45 minutes later—after waiting outside in the heat—we discovered the room was still being cleaned and was not ready. We then had to wait an additional 30 minutes before we could access it. The entire delay of over an hour was completely due to the hotel’s mistakes and lack of preparation. We arrived as instructed, completed the check-in process, and were given keys to a room that was not ready for guests. To make matters worse, staff threatened to charge additional fees to my card during the process, which felt very unprofessional and unnecessary. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. The customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and the overall experience fell well below expectations. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value professionalism and respect for guests.

Need to do more for your Facilities, make sure we have coffee ☕️ machine and pop machine are working not taking up space in the Facilities and not working, having water alone does not help . Management and Owners need to do more. You have alot of moving traffic in your Inn to do more for your Facilities.
