We could not stay because when we asked to see the room, I noticed the bed linens were not clean. They didn’t appear to have been changed from the last guest.

I should never have booked this place. I had not checked the reviews! Please advise other guests not to book here!

Great location

The air con was so noisy, I could not use it, and the room was very hot.

Clean, safe parking gated underground, staff helpful and responsive, older but has been cared for, space to move in the room, spot for luggage, comfortable and tidy, fridge and microwave useful. Located close to downtown and convenient location. Tasty Thai restaurant across the road.

Slight hint of sketchy neighbourhood. Would not park in spots outside gated underground. But the hotel cannot control those things. Ice machine was not working at time of visit.

The hotel is at a very convenient locatoin, walking distance to downtown Victoria. The reception staff was very nice and proffessional.

The hotel is quite old and run-down, the price was still quite high. The neigbourhood didn't feel very safe, the reception staff recommended to park car in underground parkade rather than the hotel parking lot for security.
