Pleasantly surprised! We had 8 family members there and we will definitely consider your hotel again.

It’s clean and they gave me a handicap room. They have a nice breakfast bar.

Dirty rooms, horribly loud air conditioning, no market as indicated in picture. Dirty lobby, dirty hallways. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

First room we were in was clearly not cleaned/serviced before our stay. We found hairs in the "clean" bed, and shower, etc.

Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday morning. Breakfast on the weekend was great, less selection on a weekday. All staff that we ran into were friendly and even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. I told my nephew that lives in Avon if he ever has company coming in and they need a place to stay tell them here. Great time!! Great place!

I booked this hotel as it was across the street from where I needed to be in the morning. When I checked into my room and pulled out the couch bed I immediately noticed that the mattress was extremely worn and had multiple urine stains on it. When I went to the front desk, I asked if I could have either a new mattress for the pull out or a new room with a clean pull out bed, to which I was told "Do I look like housekeeping? I don't know if the rooms have clean mattresses or not". I then asked for a room with two beds, upon arriving at my 2nd room I noticed the door was open; after messing with the door I realized that it would not latch and popped back open - this was in addition to the black mold in the shower I saw. I frequently stay at Fairfield Inn's - this is NOT the standard I normally see. Even worse is I was told I would get a full refund for the night, but over 12 days later I have not received the refund nor received a return call. Being a Bonvoy member that stays in Marriotts all over the US, I am highly disappointed.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Some updates had been made but the room was very dated. The room and lobby areas were clean. The hotel was noisy with doors slamming repeatedly and hallway traffic. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or have to wake up early.

The woman checking me in was a sweetheart. I love when I am traveling and meet people like her. Her sincere kindness is something that really makes you feel good and makes even a one night stop over really good and relaxing!
