I checked in today at JW Marriott Surabaya as a Titanium Elite member, and I must say the service exceeded my expectations. Nita, the GRO staff, was truly outstanding. She assisted me from the pre-arrival stage all the way through the check-in process with genuine professionalism and warmth. It’s clear that Nita is one of the best GROs I’ve ever encountered in a Marriott property. Her dedication and attention to detail made my arrival experience smooth and memorable. Truly excellent service from JW Marriott Surabaya!

L’hôtel est très sympa et confortable. Par contre il y a du bruit toute la nuit car il y a une boîte de nuit en dessous. Surtout demandez une chambre coté piscine car personnellement je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Le petit dej est très complet et copieux. Ils nous ont laissé profiter de la piscine sauna jacuzzi car nous avions l’avion en soirée. Honnêtement le personnel est vraiment très sympa et arrangeant.

Le bruit toute la nuit: surtout demandez chambre côté piscine. Le bruit au petit dej: y aller de 7 à 8 h ou a partir de 10h car sinon c’est l’usine!!
