Lovely big pool,appt was spacious,had everything we needed. Location was great to explore nearby Keys. A great holiday

Great location to be able to dive with Islamorda or Key Largo dive shops. We were at most 15 minutes away from the furthest dive shop we had reservations with. Nice pool area with hot tub was nice and the small poolside bar / restaurant was nice addition for quick snacks or drinks if you didn't bring your own. Kitchen was fully stocked all items needed to cook dinners in the condo. We just needed to get groceries / spices needed for our meals. Gated location with a security guard on duty at all times. Great communications with the booking agent. Several text messages were sent with important information in a just in time fashion. Called once and received information about the general area (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants)

The view is fantastic and it is close to plenty of great ocean views.

The elevator hadn’t been working for 7 weeks and no one told us. Then, they shut down one of the stairwells- the one closest to our room- without letting anyone know. I have moderate mobility issues. The room was not the cleanest. Hairs on the sheets and in bathrooms. A dirty used cleaning cloth on the kitchen sink. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Soiled ratty furniture. The pitiful balconies were disgusting. We saw a sizable roach. Constantly dripping shower and no shelving in shower. No visible staff and no communication when I asked for assistance or new towels. The pool is nice.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved every detail was thought of. Such as magnified makeup mirror, bandaids, QTips, and all appliances had stickers with instructions on them. Loved there was a lot of storage space for all our stuff. The pool was beautifully clean and well maintained. The pool bar was excellent! Don’t usually see that unless you’re at a resort type hotel. Also it was very laid back. Nobody messing with us saying we can’t do this or that. Just peaceful. Thank you for an amazing week!

Property was good, space was good,had a nice pool.

The condo was dirty - floors filthy and couch bed had a big urine stain on sheet and bed - like the cleaning crew did not even change the sheets. My child slept on the couch which was more comfortable than the 2 inch stained couch bed mattress.

We liked the individual unit, we did not care for the property of Ocean Pointe. If we ever stayed again, it would only be in this unit.

The unit was great, however there is a plumbing issue in the master bath. There is no hot water or water pressure in that shower, but we simply used the other shower. We let the property manager know when we checked out. If possible, we do not alert the management to issues during our stay because we do not feel comfortable having maintenance people come in during our stay.
