Location was very convenient. Room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

The bed and pillows were incredible quality. The best perk for me was location - such an easy walk to all of my work meeting locations.

Paying $35 a day for parking Resort fees too high for what you get Pool was full of construction materials

Had an administrative error with payments for the room. The error was made by the accommodation. However in trying to rectify we found the staff & manager lacking customer service experience. Once resolved, took us to point out the error, there was no sincere apology for the disruption this caused to us. Could & should have been handled way better than what we experienced.

Quiet, comfortable- really well-equipped.

First, when i arrived after hours, building was locked. after multiple calls, the overseas call center could not find anyone to let me in. The call center kept asking me for my unit number, when i hadn't even checked in. Very frustrating especially as we were very tired at 3am after a car accident on the way to hotel. Kept getting disconnected, and they never called me back. Then, nobody cleaned the room during the stay. When we inquired, they informed us that cleaning was "extra?" I thought this was a Hyatt? Nowhere in the property description does it say "cleaning not included". Took multiple calls just to get a few extra towels.

It was right across the street from the village, where we spent a lot of time. Staff was so friendly and accommodating., they really bent over backwards to help us with everything. The price was significantly lower than nearby hotels.

Our room was very small, especially when the pull out couch was open. The staff warned us that the room was warm but it was VERY hot, we had to leave windows open most of our stay. We were warned before we visited that there would be some construction outside but when we called to ask about the pool specifically we were told it would be done. The pool was nowhere near completed during our stay and we had to hike over to the other Hyatt to use one. The refrigerator in the room made a horrible screeching sound the first day. The handle on the sink broke off. Wish there was a restaurant or market on property.

Beautiful property right in the center of town! Spacious residences with all the equipment necessary, from bedding to kitchen, including a washer and a dryer. Breakfast was included as well as all day coffee (and hot chocolate for the little ones). The view from our unit was spectacular, with snowy slopes, and snowy roofs of nearby buildings, it was magical, especially for the kids. And the balcony was narrow, but enough. The entrance to the property is across the street to the main town square filled with shops, restaurants, and ski slopes. There is also a free town shuttle to take you to other places in town that are a little bit further to walk. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

During our stay for 3.5 out of 4 days the wifi was down. The construction on the pool wasn't completed by end of November as previously noted, so the pool and spa were not usable during our stay, but the property did offer a voucher for the use of spa at the Park Hyatt next door.
