This was going to be our second stay at the hotel, we stayed there last April and absolutely loved the property.

I booked this room a month and a half ago. After I booked it I was sent an email from the Hyatt letting me know there was going to be active construction on the property (which was not disclosed pre-booking). I immediately contacted the hotel requesting to cancel (this was a month and a half before the reservation and a day after the booking). They refused. I then contacted booking.com. After several unsuccessful email threads I was told to call their office in Europe to discuss further. I actually did, and they told me to complete the cancelation on the website. The link they gave me told me to call their number in Europe. I travel probably 10-12 times a year and have always prefered the consistency of hyatt hotels. Never again!

The Hyatt Vacation Club is outstanding. The rooms are huge with a full functioning kitchen and a nice living room. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing that could have been better.

Staff are very accomodating, place is quaint and clean.
