A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

We got a gem of an "apartment like vacation rental" at this property. It was really comfy and cozy place for my family. The location is perfect for the nearby hotspots. We had 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms here. The layout of the house was great as well with the rooms at the opposite ends. Checkin experience was smooth and overall stay was splendid.

You might need to search for parking spots at nights, but they were available throughout the property. I don't have any other points - which is a good thing :)

I will give it a 3 because the rooms are spacious and can accommodate if you have several travelers in your group. The staff such as housekeeping and maintenance were very friendly, especially Carlos. However, they have an issue with black ants and spiders. To the which we found crawling on the living room table as well as in the beds (first day in two beds and second day we had another room and one of those beds as well). We were surprised to get in the bed and found spiders in three of our beds.There was also a leak under the kitchen sink and one of the fans weren’t working (but again maintenance was accommodating). However, the front desk staff seemed okay yet not genuine. When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t really seem concerned as much about our concern with the ants and spiders. She treated it as if it were a normal occurrence for the area and no need to be concerned about the matter. Not necessarily my idea of hospitality.

Clean apartment. Spacious. Nice common living area. Well-equipped kitchen. Asked to pay an unexpected 45 dollar "resort fee" not specified during reservation. No views despite what the picture gallery showed.
