Unfortunately, there were stains and burn holes on one of the blankets of the bed. Also, the bathroom wasn’t as clean and there is a small blood stain (what it seemed like to us) on the carpet. But the staff were very nice to us.

Very convenient to major roads, restaurants, fuel, and shopping.

I like it because it’s a quiet and peaceful area. The in room amenities were a big plus since they are doing some property upgrades and work that made the breakfast area unavailable. However, they did give a list of restaurants that are nearby and delivers. The only downside to this stay for me was in the four days I was there no one came to clean the room. While I’m a neat and clean person I found it odd that this happened at a chain hotel. Not sure if it was a Covid thing or not but it was just odd for me. having to request a spruce up of my room at a hotel.

Looked terrible as soon as we pulled in. Room was dirty. The free breakfast that was listed on the website was not available.Signs everywhere saying no breakfast. Fitness center was being used as a storage unit.No vending machines.Smoke detector was hanging from the wall cigarette ashes were in our ice bucket. We left the next morning for the day upon returning we found that our room had not been cleaned, there was one towel in the bathroom and when we went to use it there was dried rice stuck all over it. We went to the front desk to inquire about the dirty room and get towels. They told us that we had to request to have a room cleaned and that they didn't have any more clean towels because the hotel was booked. If it weren't for the fact that all the hotels around us were booked we would have left but we had no choice but to stay.

The first room they gave us smelled of smoke. The second room, which we stayed in because we were exhausted had dust everywhere and some major stains. We booked the room for 3 but the room had only 2 sets of towels. We went down to the front desk for another set and they said we need to wait for housekeeping the next day. Although not a big deal, the sign in the room says free breakfast but there is none. Also, the refrigerator had issues. We did not try the microwave.

You get your money's worth! It's what you'd expect for the price! Queen, quiet and I'd stay there anytime

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Hotel is only a 3 star. No breakfast and no frills, but it was decent for my stay. Not a first choice, but was ok if you need to stay somewhere on short notice.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. As soon as I walked in I should have known to immediately turn around but I decided to give it the benefit of a doubt. We were given our room and as soon as we entered it reeked of incense and cigarettes. The small table next to the best was still covered with ashes. The toilet had a "sanitized" band around it to indicate it was cleaned, but when I opened the toilet the seat still had a streak on it. I requested a second room...it was WORSE. There was a huge stain on the floor, paint missing on the walls and possible BLOOD spatter on the ceiling. Went back...3rd room had a shelf that fell off the wall. FINALLY the 4th room was just BAREABLE enough to stay in since it was too late for us to make any other choice. The fridge and microwave were still dirty but we were honestly so fed up we just gave in. Please do me the favor and don't subject your family to this filth. Not worth it!!!! Honestly such a shame Best Western would even associate themselves with this filth of a hotel.

Very run down hotel felt pretty uncomfortable there was blood stains on the carpet and walls I don't know what the heck going on in there the microwave was a mess we were so uncomfortable we ended up sleeping in our truck won't be staying there again
