The gal at the desk on Friday, May 22, was very nice and accommodating. My partner booked me for the wrong night. She was unable to change my reservation but found me a room and guided me in how to cancel the erroneous booking

Everything was fine, my only complaint was the toilet handle wasn’t quite broken but did it lower the tank plug to allow the flush to complete. I forgot to let them know but I’m sure someone else will

"I would stay again"

Good value. Easy check in. It was comfortable and quiet. Seems safe.

The bathtub had a constant drip drip drip and the light above the sink wouldn’t turn on all the way. The breakfast was cooked oddly- with lumpy gravy and cold sausage, but otherwise the place is fine.

Staff was prompt and helpful. Bed sheet were clean.

Poorly maintained facility all over. Smelly carpet on corridor and room. Dirty couch in the room, had spilled liquid marks. Hair dryer had fallen from hanging bracket, broken tile in bathroom. Very dirty pool with floating foam kind of thing.

The location was perfect.

The shower was cold. Luke warm not hot enough to take a bath or shower. I had to use ice bucket and use the scalding sink water to mix with the not warm water in the shower. And take a bath. They said pool was heated it was freezing. I would have loved to have been able to shower in a hot shower not make 10 trips from the sink to tub. Sinks were Hot hot, tub and shower weren't. They said it w as because there were other people showering and to wait a few minutes I waited 2 days for it to get hot. It didnt.
