Friendly, informative greeting and check in. Easy to get to with several dinner options close to local. Extremely comfortable bed. Nice variety of TV stations.

Actually nothing I was very pleased with experience and I'm adding here as a future stop as it's convenient on a frequently travel route.

Breakfast waffle iron 🤤 so good kido loved it

Can't really complain tv channel was stuck on some kid of accessibility movement caption mode was annoying wasn't every channel either

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good.

I would have liked more choices for breakfast. Hard boiled eggs would have been a nice addition as well as bananas.

The gentleman at the front desk let us check in early since we had been traveling for 30 hours. The cleaning ladies were very nice.

The website stated free breakfast. The breakfast was cold cereal, waffles and yogurt. As a diabetic i couldn't eat any of it. We were told there is coffee and tea 24 hours a day there is no coffee after the breakfast hours They do not refresh your room with Clean towels or even in room coffee or empty the trash we had to ask cleaning ladies for towels and after 3 days asked why it room was not cleaned up and fresh towels the older lady at the front desk said we had to ask for that daily. It looks like maybe someone new bought it and is trying to fix it up but the carpets are terrible in the hallway, the walls in thy room are stuffed up the hand held shower wand was broken there was no caulk on the floor the hotel need an upgrade I heard the older lady at the front desk talking to a guest about their payment and the guest was showing how the money showed pending on his phone and she said if it doesn't go thru I have to pay for it so when I come in at 630 tomorrow morning if it isn't paid you have to leave immediately. They just need some me customer service training
