The way the fort pierce police officer treated me like a human being after the front desk general manager called me out of my name ,refused to refund the 120 that was paid as down payment for 2 night 200 stay .

I was robbed for my money . I was promised a 3 night 200 stay because i was paying cash . Next day front desk manager comes into my room without my consent ! Demanding another 120 right then and there or I had to leave the premises. Kicked me out refused to give me refund or receipt .

The cleanliness was descent. I found the previous coffee filter still left in the machine before I used it. I get it though, those are easy to overlook places. I appreciated the complimentary shower items but my bathroom was completely out of body wash. Good thing, I brought my own stuff.

I purposely paid for a place with a functioning Jacuzzi..... I was informed it didn't work. I feel like I got ROBBED of my money. This place allows tenants to fight and yell at 6AM!!! The halls echo, I am positive I wasn't the only one that heard the fight. It wasn't until my mom called the front desk did that couple stop. Also, they have random people just hanging in the stairwell blasting music. My room was in front of the stairwell. Breakfast was so so. Coffee was watered down and I could tell the pastries were stale.

Great host, comfy beds, laminate flooring and many fast food options all walking distance from the Hotel. Room includes a mini fridge & microwave. Roku TV(limited channels) & good WiFi. Pet friendly, no hassle. Great stay for hurricane Milton. Much appreciated

Nothing it's a Fema place the clerk is slow as hell don't know what he is doing been here 30 minutes waiting people not waiting in line like they should. Booking.cim should let people know this stuff.

Housekeeping staff were pleasant.

It needs a deep clean. AC unit nasty. AC looks like it was never cleaned. It was dirty and moldy. Evidence of drug use by customers or perhaps these people were long term. A low end motel.
