Quality Inn Fort Pierce I-95

They were able to accommodate us during a very busy time when thousands from the west coast of Florida were trying to evacuate to the east coast due to hurricane Milton.

I cannot express enough how awful my experience was at this hotel. The room was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned in what seemed like weeks. There were holes in the walls, and the ceiling was peeling and cracking—it looked like the room was falling apart. The walls felt sticky, and the floors were dirty, as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped in ages. On top of that, the room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. The door didn’t even close properly, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. To make matters worse, the air conditioner wasn’t working properly—it was leaking, leaving the chair and curtains soaking wet. I had no choice but to deal with this discomfort in a room that was already unbearable. The refrigerator’s freezer had more than an inch of frost, making it nearly unusable. And to top it all off, we found small roaches and spiders crawling under the desk. I was horrified! I don’t understand how this hotel is even in operation. It’s a health hazard, a safety concern, and downright disgusting. I will never stay here again, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs!

Location is good, a lot of venues around, no need to drive somewhere.

It seems like they haven’t done any cleaning after a construction in the bathroom. Floor is very dirty there, in the room it was a little better, but as long as you go back and forth, it doesn’t matter.

The room that I was staying in had a refrigerator that didn't work. I paid full price for amenities that didn't work. I'm still going back because the other rooms I've stayed in before are OK. The back door that leads to the breakfast or lobby is blocked off but it's next to a handicapped room and parking spot. How can a disabled person enjoy breakfast if they can't get to it? I really hope this time was a fluke.

Wow. I cannot believe this is a Best Western property. Worst hotel we have seen. Late arrival or we would have walked away and let them keep deposit. Drug deals and folks hanging around at 2am

Pool was closed because it was filthy, the bed was awful the room smelled fusty the staff were not helpful. The breakfast was rubbish

The breakfast is horrible. This place does not offer breakfast and should stop advertising that they do because thats a lie. What they call breakfast is not. Also didn’t feel very safe. Limited staff I had to bag my own trash take it out. The house keeping came and gave me supplies, not one time did they make the bed. I had to mop and sweep the floor myself. Horrible. Oh and I saw 3 roaches. Pay the extra $ to stay somewhere else. Definitely not a surestay.
