Very dirty room bad smells very bad bathroom the shower are nor working expecting free car park which not there is no free car park on the area

Totally damaged even room also and there is bedbugs i found

Room was filthy, mystery stains on every inch of the room, not clean whatsoever! Only clean thing in the room was the bedding which I was still apprehensive about. Had to buy antibacterial wipes for the light switches and handles due to how filthy they were, cigarette smell in room as well as burn marks, leak damage/ceiling practically falling apart, place should not be open!! The receptionist was apologetic after asking for my bathroom to be cleaned again due to pubic hairs everywhere, however it just seemed as if they rinsed them away with the shower instead of using cleaning products, the place was foul and there is just no effort put in to make an incredible building worth staying In, Management need to seriously up their game and staff need to ask themselves if they’d be happy to stay in those rooms…from a head housekeeper. Very shocked and disgusted that they allow guests to stay in these conditions.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your self the trouble.

The ceiling had fungus drowing on it. The cupboard door was broken and inside it was filled with dust. We visited last week and it was very hot. When we requested a fan, they did not provide one. Additionally, the reception staff was very rude.

Plugs didnt work so no chargers tv or appliances had to charge phones in lobby … horrific messs , nailed wood left in room. Absolute scam I expected more from such a beautiful building but the people who run it are unfortunately a disgusting breed

Heard everything in the adjacent room, including door being slammed shut, didn't get to sleep until 1am. No aerial cable for the tv so no tv for 2 nights

Wires hanging out of the wall. Windows broken. No towels, no cups. Door did not lock. Dirty.

Staff very good

No Internet bed bugs and toilet to small cut my stay early because of bed bugs
