Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

Friendly staff

Good location a few steps away from Aventura Mall. Ample parking around the building. Good-size suites with kitchen facilities, two TVs, refrigerator, microwave and safe. Very competent and accommodating staff. We had a small problem with AC, which was solved immediately. Abundant food in breakfast buffet. Hotel is popular with families, so expect many small children. Whether room rates could be lower is a matter of debate, but you definitely get a lot for the money.

Breakfast buffet closes at 9am on weekdays and at 9:30am on weekends. Both a bit early when you are on vacation. This was not a surprise to us, and it is not a point against the hotel, but new guests should also be aware that while you can walk to the shopping mall, the nearest beach definitely requires a car ride.

My experience was amazing. Dawn was very was helpful and polite. Always a pleasure to stay with Marriot. Will ne staying again

Súper amables, y mucha predisposición. Llegamos antes sin embargo nos dieron facilidades para dejar maletas y cuando volvimos todo estaba súper listo.

This is a fine Residence Inn, but we experienced an issue that some people may be concerned about. The new air conditioners in the rooms make a loud crack sound when they flip on (every fifteen minutes or so). It woke us up often in the night.

Location just few block from Aventura Mall. Hotel's structure excellent . Friendly and caring staff. Spacious room with TV on each bedroom, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with everything needed. Varied and good breakfast. Totally recommend.

I needed help with the AC in my room, it was too loud, Manuel came up immediately and checked it, informed us that it was a brand new unit and that due to its location in the bedroom it would make noise. I also mentioned to him that I needed an extension cord as my side of the bed has no plug outlet, he went right downstairs and came up with one. He pushed our bed and plugged it in and even plugged in my iPad. We really appreciated his help and quick response.
