"The best stay!"

I stayed at the Residence Inn for my daughter's 18th Birthday. I let the hotel know that I was going to be there to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Upon arrival I was greeted with a pleasant agent. Arthur checked me in with ease. When we got into our room, we were surprised with a Happy Birthday balloon and a basket of treats! There was even a card from the hotel, to wish my daughter a Happy Birthday! This meant so much to my daughter and made her feel so special. To top it off there was a little cake in the refrigerator! The customer service was amazing! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out!.

"Friendly and helpful staff"

I had booked the wrong Marriott. Courtyard instead of the Residence. Courtyard said they would charge me one night, the representative at the Residence made everything right without any penalty. She saved Marriott a customer

"My home from home."

I have been staying at the Residence Inn on my visits to Florida since 2015 and every time I return, it feels like coming home. Ruth and the staff on reception are incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient and create a warm family atmosphere as soon as you walk in through the doors. The rooms are modern, comfortable, with everything you could need for your stay and are kept immaculately clean by the terrific housekeeping team. I could not ask for more and will continue to stay in my home from home, whenever I am here in Aventura! Thank you to the Residence team for looking after me..Anthony.
