I was told I’d have a pool view and I got a view of the roof 2nd floor, drunk guy passed out the pool, dirty carpet and elevators Electric outlet near window didn’t work Horrible!

I called a head of time and asked if kids was allowed on the property someone told me yes. I travel all the way there to find out that kids have to be 6 and older in order to be by the pool. The supervisor told me if the pool wasn’t busy maybe my 3 year old triplets could swim but she couldn’t guarantee. So unfortunately we didn’t end up staying and I was refunded. Also no microwave and if you want a mini fridge you have to call and ask but that’s not something they tell you.

First time I’ve been here and love it very much!!

A man at the lazy river continued following our group. Made me uncomfortable. Then he came as for money to buy more beer.

Easy check in. Comfortable bed friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

The bed and pillows were wonderful

The food was terrible for 100 + dollars. The steak was tuff as shoe soles and the fried fish looked and tasted like processed not fresh. Gumbo didn’t taste like local gumbo. Was dark spicy rue. The bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were hard as rocks and smelled of cigarette smoke. Enjoyed the pool and concert.

When we checked on, we were originally told they had overbooked and asked if we would consider a smoking room. I said, “OK”. But once we got to the room, I realized that the smell Of smoke was far worse than anticipated. No way we could sleep in that room. They were able to get us in a non-smoking room, after all, thankfully.
