The facility was beautiful! Some of the staff was very nice.

Some of your front desk staff are very cold and unfriendly or helpful. They didn't smile at all are made you feel wecome. I didn't like that the Epic Buffet cost $104.but there weren't enough choices for that much to pay. No one is going to eat $50 worth of food. Even my guest was appalled at the cost of the meals. Also, the closing of the Lazy River and Hollywood Deck is just too early. If your patrons want to eat, relax, or get a martini after 10, they will have to leave the facility. That's not good at all. The hours need to be expanded. You have guests checking in 24 hours, so something needs to be available for the guests 24 hours. Both facilities are beautiful and sooo relaxing, so they need to be made useful for late night guests. The bartender at the Hollywoid Deck wasn't listening to my order and made my order incorrect. I was upset because we were in close proximity to each other, and I was the only one ordering, and she didn't prepare my order correctly, which means she wasn't listening but I paid for it and took it anyway. That wasn't professional at all..There needs to be a special reward for guests celebrating birthdays. I wanted to celebrate my birthday there. It was August 17th.

No room service. When we went to get our car at valet and no one was there to retrieve our vehicle. The bellman said no one showed up today. My wife is handicapped and it was very inconvenient. In fact inexcusable !!!

We went just for an overnight stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, Jan. Very friendly and hospitable. She even offered us two drink vouchers to help celebrate his day. Then she brought us on a little tour to see the newest additions to the casino. Our room wasn’t anything very special but clean. Actually they really could use a little facelift in the rooms, especially the lighting. The lamps are definitely showing their age. With all that said, our room had a wonderful view of the boat harbor and the bodies of water behind the casino. They now have what’s looks like a beautiful day spa, a new lounge and cigar bar and best of all, the new Hollydeck. It is a lovely place to relax and unwind while eating some small meals (try the crab beignets, yum) and sipping on your favorite drink. Of course the pool area is beautiful as well as the Lazy River with its pool bar. My only complaint, and it’s really kind of significant, is the music that they pipe in everywhere. It’s way, way too loud, and somewhat distorted in the pool areas. In these areas it sounds like nothing but noise. I won’t go into the type of music but not really too much most people listen to. In a small group it’s difficult to hear one another while constantly being annoyed with the volume and content of the ‘music’ that’s blaring away. We played the slots for a few hours, not expecting, nor receiving any payoff’s but it was fun. Only seen two children while we were there but most schools are back in session.

We had a wonderful time from the moment we checked in. Jan, the hostess who check us in, was so sweet and accommodating. I mentioned we came for my husbands birthday and she gifted us with two complimentary drink coupons. Jan also took the time to guide us to the new Hollydeck, and might I say it’s beautiful. We enjoyed the lovely pool and the Lazy River. As it was a Wednesday the buffet was not opened and my husband cannot eat steak so Bogartsswas out, but we had a light enjoyable meal at the Celebrity Grill. We then went to the casino to gamble fire a few hours, then back to Hollydeck for evening drinks before retiring for the night. Our room was okay but the view overlooking the water and boat slips was incredible. We will be back soon.
