This was an overnight halfway to Panama City. We arrived at 7:45 pm. The bars were closed, the pool was closed, we waited over 20 minutes to get sodas at the snack place. It was a VERY disappointing overall experience.

Nice bed,most service people were good.

When I called downstairs the first time because there was a couple making way too much noise next-door that it was like I was sitting in there with them and the first assistant on the phone was not any good. I had to get the manager, but when I did, they checked it out and changed our rooms and it was great then at 1 o’clock in the morning.
