Location to downtown bay st louis

Our room was reassigned to another customer while we were still in the room. Accused of not booking the Saturday night and was told we had to pay an additional night to keep the room when the entire stay was prepaid on sept 9. The mistake was blamed on booking canceling my Saturday night. My 75 yr old mother was stressed over someone walking into our room while she was sleeping.

"Nice for adults but not children under 6 friendly "

Wasn’t happy to arrive and find out my 3 year old could not use the pool and all the vending machines were out of order. I am a single mother and my sitter takes my toddler to utilize the pool while I enjoy me time in the casino. The age restriction wasn’t listed on hotels.com but lesson learned! We found another resort that can accommodate our needs and we love.

The Hollydeck has live music, beautiful views of the water and good food. Bogart's is pricey but the food is good and it also has nice views. The lazy river is a blast. The show was great. My only critique is the room didn't have a fridge.
