I showed up and they told me all the rooms are booked. How do I get refund?

Clean hotel and friendly staff

At check in the desk representative charged me again for the room. Not only they charged me again but they charged me more. The attendance did not make any explanation and was not helpful.

Clean & spacious room. Some noise due to construction but not bad. Nice pool & Palisades for drinks was great!(ask for John he was great!) easy checkout

Room 1014. the 11th floor was under construction. We called to see what the noise was. It started at 7:30am and didn't end until 8pm. It was loud and very frustrating. They offered us a free buffet. They should have offered us a free room because we were never there because the noise was so loud. The staff were overwhelmed because of call ins. Seemed to be in a hurry all the time. I was told by housekeeping that they were supposed to tell us about the construction when we checked in. The last night we were there they slipped a piece of paper under the door letting us know the water would be turned off at 7a for repairs he next morning. They should be ashamed how they done us and others. As far as I'm concerned they need to refund our money. We have stayed here before with no problems, but this time was terrible.

Clean room, quiet, great restaurants and a big casino

Was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the coffee in the room.
